Notes
In attendance: Daphne, Marc, Mike, Tim
- The meeting was taken up with discussion relating to the U-Camp.
- Anyone from the group is welcome to meet in the Movenpick foyer, at 12pm Sunday June 10th for a drink / catch up / brunch.
- Not everyone is staying at the Movenpick so it was decided to circulate a list of email addresses, mobile number and IM contacts to facilitate finding each other throughout the conference.
- It was noted that Peter Knoop has emailed group members to say that there is no information on the UI Roadmap page. Tim to move information from the existing child page of UI to the root level page.
- Tim is going to email out notes on the panel session before everyone leaves for the conference.
- The facilitators for Tim's session were finalised.
- It was agreed to rename the afternoon small groups session to be less unwieldy. Marc and Daphne to update various links.
- There has not been much more activity on the design exercise page and so it was decided that the meeting should prioritise the ideas and cull those that we saw as lower priority. Significant discussion on the various merits of each activity occurred and Tim suggested that those not selected be added to work the UI Roadmap group might look at in the future.
- It was decided that each facilitator of the small groups would select one particular problem that they would like to use.
