03-Apr-2007 Mneme - Test Center (TC) / Delivery is performance and feature complete, has had its first open test drive, and ready for functional and load testing. Design for the complete Test Center is set, and implementation is about to begin. TC / Delivery will be available with Sakai 2.4, and we are investigating availability with a patched 2.3.x.
